It is possible to permission manually through the SharePoint UI. In sharepoint, OneNote supports 'Custom Structured Notebooks,' which include the Class Notebook and Staff Notebook. They're sent for shared notebooks when edited from any client. Is it possible to to create a dynamic sub-page list (page tree in confluence terms) that will make links to sub pages? I was able to move pages from notebook to notebook in the desktop app, but not sections/pages and its subpages. Moving sections/pages from different notebooks doesn't seem possible at all from Online. If you link/attach a word/excel/pdf document to OneNote, is the content of those documents now searchable as well? We have a team site onenote notebook, and it doesn't show up in my list of notebooks in OneNote online, is that a bug, or by design because it's a Notebook that is part of a sharepoint page?
